Definition of terms:

• Personal data database is a set of ordered personal data in electronic form;
• The owner of the personal data database refers to LVIVIMPORT LLC, EDRPOU code 43440447, located at the address 2, Volodymyra Velykoho Street, 79053 Lviv, Lviv Region, Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the Company);
• Law refers to the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection";
• User consent refers to the voluntary expression of a user's will to grant permission to process his/her data following the formulated purpose of their processing, expressed in writing or in a form that allows concluding about the consent;
• Depersonalization of personal data refers to the extraction of information that allows identifying a person;
• Processing of personal data is any action or set of actions performed in whole or in part in the information system that is related to the collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, renewal, use, and distribution (distribution, implementation, transfer), depersonalization, destruction of user information;
• Personal data is any information or a set of information that identifies or may specifically identify a user and may include recording one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers, as well as cookies and anonymous identifiers when the user interacts with services offered by our partners, such as advertising services;
• A personal data database manager is a private individual or a legal entity who is granted the right to process this data by the owner of the personal data database or by law;
• User is a user of the site https://lvivimport.com/, whose personal data is being processed;
• A third party is any person, except for users, the owner or administrator of the personal data database and the authorized state body for personal data protection, who is provided by the owner or administrator of the personal data database with personal data by law;
• Special data categories are personal data on racial or ethnic origin, political, religious, or ideological beliefs, membership in political parties and trade unions, as well as data related to health or sexual activity.

The Company owns the site users personal data database https://lvivimport.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the Site).

The purpose of processing personal data is:

• Storage and maintenance of users' data.
• Ensuring the actualization of civil law relations (purchase of goods, delivery of postal and courier items).
• Sending informational and marketing mailings (e-mails, messages in Viber, SMS messages, notifications in web browser) containing information about products and/or services, advertising, and commercial offers for such products and/or services (news, the Company's promotions, information about promotions, promo codes and discounts, personal recommendations, personal discounts, and offers).
• Improving the quality of service delivery, creating ratings, analyzing activity, and keyword searching.

Personal data are processed based on a user's consent or in compliance with the offers accepted by the user, including subscriptions. Personal data are processed based on and following the legislation of Ukraine.

A user's consent is a voluntary expression of his/her will to grant permission to process their data following the stated purpose of their processing. User consent can be provided:

• in paper form;
• in electronic form;
• by marking it on the Site.

When purchasing goods, ensuring delivery of postal and courier items, and when registering other civil relations on the Site, users are informed about:

• inclusion of their data in the personal data database;
• their rights defined by the law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection";
• purpose of data collection;
• persons to whom their personal data are transferred.

The database of users' data is located at the Company's location.

Third parties may access personal data with users' consent provided to the owner of the personal data database to process these data, fulfill the obligations assumed, or according to law.

Third parties who wish to gain access to personal data submit an access request (hereinafter referred to as the request) to the owner of the personal data database.

We guarantee the safety of users' personal data. The Company will prevent loss, theft, unauthorized destruction, corruption, forgery, and copy of processed personal data by all means that meet the requirements of international and national standards.

Users' personal data are stored for no longer than necessary for the purpose, but in any case not longer than the period of data storage determined by the user's consent to process the data.

Users have the right to:

• know about the location of the personal data database containing their personal data, its purpose and name, location and/or place of residence (stay) of the owner or administrator of this database, or give an appropriate order to provide their authorized persons with this information, except for cases established by law;
• receive information about the conditions for granting access to personal data, in particular, information about third parties provided with their personal data contained in the relevant personal data database;
• access to their personal data contained in the relevant personal data database;
• be informed on whether their personal data are stored in the relevant personal data database, as well as the content of the personal data that are stored, no later than thirty calendar days from a request, except for cases provided for by law;
• submit reasonable requests to stop processing their personal data;
• submit reasonable requests to change or destroy their personal data if these data are processed illegally or are unreliable;
• protect their personal data from illegal processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to deliberate concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision, as well as to protect against providing information that is unreliable or discredits the honor, dignity, and business reputation of the user;
• apply for the protection of their rights concerning their personal data to state authorities, local self-government bodies, whose powers include the implementation of personal data protection;
• apply legal remedies in case of violation of the legislation on personal data protection;
• other rights provided for in Article 8 of the law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".

Any user has the right to receive any information about him/herself from any subject of relations related to personal data, without specifying the purpose of the request, except for cases established by law.

Users are provided with access to their personal data free of charge. They submit personal data access requests to the owner of the personal data database.

The request specifies:

• last name, first name and patronymic, place of residence (place of stay), and details of a user's identity document;
• other information that allows identifying the user's identity;
• information about the personal data database the request concerns, or information about the owner or administrator of this database;
• a list of requested personal data.

The deadline for studying the request for its satisfaction does not exceed ten working days from the date of its receipt.

During this period, the owner of the personal data database informs the user either to satisfy the request or deny it because the relevant personal data cannot be provided, based on the grounds specified in the relevant regulatory legal act.

The request is granted within thirty calendar days from the date of its receipt unless otherwise provided by law.
